Set up Chains & Channels

Chains & Channels are groupings under which all customers (stores) are organised — according to official franchises, or your own company-specific groupings. Default chains are pre-loaded (the main franchise chains, currently most used).

Steps

1. Select Setup in the navigation menu on the left.
2. Select Chains/Channels in the menu below.
3. Select Add Chain/Channel (blue button at the top middle of the page).
4. Fill in Code with an abbreviation of the code description.
5. Fill in Description with the name of your new Chain/Channel.
6. Leave the rest of the fields below — not applicable at this stage.
7. Select Save (green button at the bottom).
