How to Fix a Visit Missing Error

This guide explains how to resolve a “visit missing” error on the BizTrack App. This error occurs when a user is clocked in at their store but, on reopening the app, finds that both the visit and the DAY START time have disappeared. When this happens, the user is unable to start their day again.

Important

If the visit is missing but the DAY START time is still showing, the app has most likely simply ended the user’s visit — in that case, the user can clock back in from under Unscheduled. It is only when both the visit and the DAY START time go missing that the user will struggle to resume their day.
