Call Cycles
There are different ways to add scheduled visits for users. If you don’t already have a call cycle ready for the users, you can create a new one using the following steps:

Once you have the call cycle, you can use different methods to import / add the visits. The first method is for a single user at a time, whereas the other methods are for importing multiple users at once.
