Create Tags for Customers

Tags for Customers (stores) can be used to group Customers together, which helps with allocating surveys and running reports.

Steps

Select Setup in the navigation menu on the left.
Select Reps/Agents in the menu below.
Select Tags in the option menu (right side of the page).
Tags for Places / Customers will automatically be the first one open at the top.
Select Add Tag (blue button at the top middle of the page).
Enter the name / description of your new tag in the Description field.
Set Is Disabled to No if you want this tag to be active.
Select Save (green button at the bottom).
